Objective

To develop a comprehensive business, commercial and brand strategy for the launch of a new collection within the Pascua Ortega universe, aligned with its values of excellence, timeless design and contemporary craftsmanship.

Concept & Development

The project defined the strategic positioning of the collection, creating a cohesive narrative that strengthens the studio’s visual identity, aesthetic language and legacy.

A complete commercial strategy was designed, identifying distribution channels, target audiences and growth opportunities in both domestic and international markets.

An integrated operational roadmap combining marketing, sales and strategic partnerships ensured a sustainable and effective market introduction.
